Participation Terms and Conditions

Please adhere to the following:

1. The Wellnest Macarthur reserves the right to amend the opportunities available to wellness aligned businesses should a change be required as determined only by the Event Organiser. Every effort will be made to maximise benefits for those participating businesses as well as enhance the event attendees experience.

2. Selection of wellness aligned businesses will be based on their ability to meet event requirements. The Wellnest Macarthur reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to deny any offer to participate.

3. All fees quoted in regard to opportunities available are all inclusive.

4. Participation bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. Payments must be processed in full through our website thewellnestmacarthur.com.au

5. In the case of a wellness aligned business cancelling their participation, no refund will be provided.

6. Any and all participation cancellations must be made in writing directly to the Event Organiser, please send to melinda@thewellnestmacarthur.com.au

7. No participating wellness aligned business shall assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of their booking without The Wellnest Macarthur's prior approval.

8. All participating wellness aligned business will need to submit items required for the event by firm due dates (to be advised closer to the event time). Any failure to do so will result in a forfeit of your booking.
