Collectively, our Expo style events in the Macarthur region have enabled over 100 wellness businesses opportunities, and a chance for these businesses to connect face to face with over 3,500 like minded individuals in the community.

This payment option is for those exhibitors who have already secured a spot at out event using the below deposit option. Final payment is now due.

Investment / Rates Explained

New Exhibitors - $375 (SOLD OUT)

If you've not participated in one of our events before then please select the New Exhibitor Package / Rate to finalise your booking. At future events, you'll have access to our Returning Exhibitor Loyalty Package / Rate. A deposit option is also available if required. An additional administration fee applies, see below.

Returning Exhibitors - $300 (SOLD OUT)

The Returning Exhibitor Loyalty Package / Rate is on offer for those who have participated in one of our Expo style events in the past and wish to return for this event. Save $75, that's 20% off on your exhibitor space. Simply select this payment option at checkout. A deposit option is also available if required. An additional administration fee applies, see below.

Not For Profits / Community Groups / Sporting Clubs - $275 (SOLD OUT)

If you've received approval to join us at our event under this category then you are welcome to finalise your booking by selecting this payment option at checkout. A deposit option is also available if required. An additional administration fee applies, see below.

Exhibitor Deposit Option - $175 (Including additional administration fee of $25 - FINAL PAYMENT NOW DUE)

If you would like to secure your booking but can't make full payment, please select the Exhibitor Deposit Option at checkout. The deposit amount is $150 and we will contact you closer to the event day for the remainder of your exhibitor fee payment less your $150 deposit. Please note, the additional administration fee of $25 applies upfront and is charged as part of this transaction. 

Exhibitor Package

  • One exhibition space, open plan with no walls: 
    • New / Returning Exhibitors - One approx 3 x 2.5m exhibition space
    • Not For Profits / Community Groups / Sporting Clubs - One approx 2 x 1.5m exhibition space
  • One trestle table and two chairs will be provided per space
  • Refreshments available for exhibitor staff
  • Pre and post event social media acknowledgements
  • Included in online exhibitor listing with web link
  • Business name included on event day marketing collateral 
  • Ability to run any demonstrations within your assigned space on the day
  • Access to future Expo style events at a reduced Full Exhibitor loyalty rate (after your first event with us)

Please also note that a copy of your Public Liability Insurance will also need to be supplied to the Event Organiser no less than 7 days prior to the event date. We will send out a request for these documents closer to the event date.
